A Prompt AI Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing how AI systems (like ChatGPT or other LLMs) respond, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
They act as the bridge between AI capabilities and real-world use cases, turning business needs into reliable AI-driven solutions.
What they do:
Design and refine prompts to guide AI behavior
Improve response quality, accuracy, and consistency
Build workflows for AI-powered features (chatbots, automation, copilots, etc.)
Test and evaluate AI outputs to reduce errors and hallucinations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into applications
Continuously optimize performance through experimentation

Explains decisions and trade-offs effectively
Collaborates well across teams

Technical Stack & Integration: Proven experience with Python and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate). You must be capable of working with LangChain or LlamaIndex to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that connect AI with proprietary data.
Communication & English Proficiency: This position requires C1/C2 English levels. You will participate in technical dailies with stakeholders in the US, explaining complex AI behaviors and suggesting architectural improvements in a clear, professional manner.
Continuous AI Research: Stay at the forefront of the Generative AI revolution. You are expected to research the latest model updates and open-source releases to keep our clients' infrastructure optimized with the most efficient technology available.
